What is a Taste of Mussar
A 4-session course developed by the Mussar Institute that introduces you to the thousand year-old body of Jewish teachings and practices that provides distinctively Jewish answers to the questions we all ask about life. Mussar is a practice for the soul on its journey in this lifetime.

Course Description
We will work on four themes to introduce the Mussar practice. Using readings from the teachings of the Mussar Masters, we will introduce practices which touch the soul, and ask questions for reflection that expand and deepen your life and soul experiences. We will study Humility (Anavah), the foundational trait for all spiritual development and Enthusiasm (Zerizut), the soul trait that motivates us to activate our lives by deeds. You will discover and explore your own unique spiritual curriculum.

Dates/Time: Mondays, 2/25, 3/11, 3.25, and 4/8 – 6:30 to 8:00 pm $54.00 for classes and study materials
