Our congregation manages the parking lot located at 8th and Franklin in downtown Olympia, located next to our building, and across the street from the Olympia Public Library. We offer leased parking in assigned stalls. Monthly, quarterly, or annual leasing of one or multiple stalls can be arranged.
FEATURES
♦ Off-street surface parking.
♦ An assigned stall for your exclusive use on weekdays, 6AM to 6PM. Parking can be arranged outside these hours as needed.
♦ Hangtags which allow you to park any vehicle you are using, instead of having to register a particular vehicle. Want to share a stall with a co-worker? We can provide each with a hangtag.
♦ Video surveillance, recorded 24/7.
♦ A waiting list if the lot is currently fully leased.
RATES & PAYMENT METHODS
♦ Our current rate is $70/calendar month.
♦ Preferred payment method: card or e-check, automatically recurring on the 1st of the month.
♦ State agencies can utilize our Statewide Vendor Registration to make payments.
