The new year is a great time to join Kol N’Shama, Voices of the Soul, the Choir at TBH! We sing at High Holidays, Shabbat Services once a month, and occasional interfaith events. We sing to enhance our connection to Judaism, each other, and the congregation through music.
If you are interested in singing — or if you play an instrument — and want to learn more, please contact the conductor, Lydia Beth Leimbach, at greenacts@icloud.com or (360) 878-1013. We are excited for a musical year ahead!

Reconstructing Judaism: Orgs in Israel for Support
Reconstructing Judaism has shared a few examples of organizations on the ground providing emergency services to those most in need accepting donations:
Magen David Adom Magen David Adom is Israel’s “Red Cross”. It has activated all 1,400 of its ambulances and is treating the wounded, often while under rocket attack and gunfire themselves. MDA EMTs are among the casualties.
Your help is desperately needed to put more ambulances on the road and to replenish supplies for both EMTs and paramedics and for MDA’s blood services division, which is supplying blood for the wounded.
