COVID POLICY UPDATE: the TBH Board has amended the COVID-19 policy. TBH will follow guidelines established by the Thurston County Department of Health. For all TBH events: Masking is recommended and not required. Vaccination is encouraged. We ask that you do not come to TBH if you are feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms of illness, and that you observe practices to mitigate the spread of germs (sneezing/coughing into elbow, hand sanitation, etc.). Please make careful decisions for your own personal health and safety. The COVID-19 virus and its variants are highly contagious. In-person attendees acknowledge the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus, assume all such risk, and Temple Beth Hatfiloh shall not be held liable. Additionally, TBH has indoor air purification measures in place, and for sanctuary services, has created a section that is mask-only.

The Jewish Coalition for Immigrant Justice: Newsletter and Appeal
The Jewish Coalition for Immigrant Justice NW believes another world is possible. In our vision, all immigrants deserve to be treated with respect and care under laws that are just and humane. In our vision, we live in safety, peace and power together. And we welcome the stranger because we have been strangers ourselves.
Since 2017, the Jewish Coalition for Immigrant Justice NW has been a powerful voice for immigrant justice in the Jewish communities statewide, inspiring activism and supporting and moving forward the work of immigrant justice organizations. We build relationships and community in taking our lead from those directly impacted by immigration policy.
As we approach Hanukkah, a time of light, too many of our teens are struggling to maintain their mental wellness in the face of renewed academic and social pressures as the pandemic recedes. Some are finding a way to channel their concerns into positive change for themselves and their communities.
Join Moving Traditions and Dr. Betsy Stone as we examine ways we can support the teens in our lives, shine a light on these pervasive issues, and help our youth find their way.
