Book Group Tuesday, March 18, 6:30 pm In Person
March 18 – The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store by James McBride. From NYT: “The story opens in 1972, with the discovery of a skeleton buried in a well in Pottstown, Pa… and swings back to the 1920s and ’30s, to Chicken Hill, the neighborhood in Pottstown where Jewish, Black and immigrant folks make their homes. It’s a community of people bonded together by the links of love and duty, and it’s here that McBride’s epic tale truly begins.”

COMING UP AT TBH
2SLGBTQIA+ Jews at TBH Wednesday, March 26, 7:00 pm Online
The nation is becoming an increasingly scary place for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, particularly for those of us that are trans and gender diverse. TBH has offered to create a safe space for 2SLGBTQIA+ Jews to come together in community and do what we can to support each other and our community. This group is just a concept at this time, so we are wanting to gather over zoom with anyone who may want to participate in the creation of this group to see what we can build together. Please join us on Wednesday, March 26 at 7 pm if you are interested in supporting one another during these challenging times!
