Talmud Study, 10:00 am Hybrid We will gather in the TBH social hall and online on Zoom. The Talmud is an ancient compendium of Jewish law and lore, and provides the basis upon which biblical interpretation and contemporary Jewish practice rests. Hardly a monolithic document, the Talmud contains investigation and argumentation on all the facets of life. No background required!

Take TBH Out to the Ball Game! Sunday, August 13, 1:35 pm
Join TBH for a summer afternoon of minor league baseball in an outing to see the Tacoma Rainiers take on the Oklahoma City Dodgers on Sunday, August 13 at 1:35 p.m.! And after the game, we will have a special opportunity to meet with Rainiers pitcher Rob Kaminsky, who joined the Mariners organization in 2022. A Jewish ball player originally from New Jersey, Kaminsky also played for Team Israel in the 2023 World Baseball Classic.
Tickets are $15.45 each and include a seat and concessions. Ticket purchase deadline is July 15th!
The game is at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma. Reconstructing Judaism: What's Happening in Israel Now Sunday, July 23, 10:00 am
The Joint Israel Commission of Reconstructing Judaism is offering an important online opportunity for people across our movement to hear from Rabbi Amy Klein, a Reconstructionist Rabbi who has lived and worked in Israel for many years. A former chair of Rabbis for Human Rights in Israel, Rabbi Klein is the co-coordinator of the Upper Galilee/Golan/Kinneret region for the ongoing protest movement in defense of Israeli democracy. Faith Explorations Summer Camp July 24-28
Interfaith Works is delighted to announce that we will be holding another Faith Explorations Summer Camp this July 24-28, 2023! This FREE summer camp is an annual offering for kids, grades 2-6, that features daily excursions to local parks and interfaith programming from volunteers from the Interfaith Works member network.
