Kayla is looking for one or several volunteers to support TBH operations! This could look like coming in once a week for a few hours, several set times per month, or even having your name added to an on-call list. The operations of our congregation are ever expanding. From sending out mailings, to editing the newsletter, to answering phonecalls and prepping for programs and events, there is always something that needs to be done in the office. If you have time to offer and want to help keep our congregation running smoothly behind the scenes, send her an email!
Membership Renewals Due July 1
Please look for an emailed invitation to renew your membership later this week. This is intended to be a quick and easy process on your online account. If you have any difficulties with accessing your ShulCloud account or filling out your form, please email Kayla in the office.
TEMPORARY ENTRANCE DETOUR
The front main access doors are unavailable for several weeks. For a period of approximately 3 weeks, we will be using the alley door as our primary entrance door. See the map.
Please note this entrance is not fully accessible as there are 4 stairs from the alley door down through to the social hall, though it is the better option of our two alternative entrances. We apologize for the inconvenience and recognize this is temporary based on our construction schedule. We hope to have full accessibility restored as soon as possible. If you have access needs, please reach out to Kayla.
For building entry during events and while staff are in the office, please ring the doorbell by the alley door and/or call 360-754-8519.
For keycard and phone app users, the alley door has the same keyed entry and alarm set up as the front doors. You do not need to use the readers near the main doors, the back door readers function the same.
