Story Telling Shabbat Friday, March 24, 7:30 pm Online
“Telling our TBH Story” continues on the fourth Friday night of the month through May. Each one of us has stories we tell ourselves about our experiences. In sharing some of those stories we create connections, and in listening we open ourselves to new perspectives and understanding. And stories are also fun! We are looking forward to our next story Shabbat on Friday, March 24th at 7:30 on zoom. The theme for storytellers will be “Going through the pandemic at TBH”. If you are interested in telling your story please contact Nancy Snyder (nancy_snyder@comcast.net) or Leslie Goldstein (lagoldstein@comcast.net or 360 791-9759). After the stories are told we gather in optional small zoom rooms to reflect on the stories told and to share our own. We are asking storytellers to tell a personal story about going through the pandemic at TBH and to share for no longer than 10 minutes. We are also asking storytellers to send written copies of their stories so the stories can be shared in the future. The storytelling will be recorded on zoom as well. If you have ideas for themes for future Story Shabbats, please share them with Nancy or Leslie.

Hi TBH! It's so exciting to be invited into this community in new ways, to help bring more ease and access to the media and tech side of things. I am a multimedia engineer and producer who specializes in amplifying and increasing access for community events (sound, video, zoom, etc). I am also a local Jew, and feel especially excited about serving TBH, as it is a community I have been a part of in various ways for the past few years, and the first temple I've ever participated in. I can't wait to grow our capacity here and meet you!
