TBH COMMITTEE UPDATES
The Immigrant and Refugee Task Force has a New Project!
The good news—people are being released regularly from the ICE Detention Center in Tacoma. The bad news—They are being released with no money, no food, and few resources. AIDNW has volunteers who greet these migrants as they are released and help them with their needs. TBH is now assisting by providing 20 sack lunches once a month. If you are interested in shopping, packing bags, and/or delivering to the Tacoma Northwest Detention Center on the third Fridays of the month please contact Nancy Snyder at nancy_snyder@comcast.net.

Postcard Writers: Once More into Breach!
Thanks to everyone who wrote postcards for Reclaim Our Vote through the RAC. RAC was able to contact 450,000 voters this way! However the race in Georgia, one of our target states, did not result in 50% for either candidate, so once again Sen. Raphael Warnock is going into a run-off election with Hershel Walker. Once again we are being asked to send postcards to Get Out the Vote in Georgia.
Orders must be placed before November 16th, and must be mailed November 18th. The run-off election is on December 6th, with early voting starting much sooner. So please order those postcards NOW.
