Like a Prayer
7-10 yrs
We are going to dive into the world of prayer! From the Shema at services to the blessings over food, we will learn why we say what we say and when we say it. Did you know that there is a prayer for bedtime? Or for seeing the ocean? Through study, craft and exploration, we will learn about the Jewish approach to prayer and why, even though we are speaking to God, we need to be listening too.
$72
Rabbi Seth Goldstein
Weaving Connections
9-12 yrs
Are you interested in discussing topics related to Israel and Judaism? Do you like debating? Would you enjoy doing this with a hot cocoa or warm tea in your hand? Maybe some yarn art? While we discuss these topics, we will have the opportunity to learn a little bit of yarn work. Learn to weave something, share with an empty nester in our TBH community and connect with other generations.
