23-24 Darchei Noam Registration

PERMISSIONS

Please initial next to the below statements to indicate your permission.

 
All contacts on this form are authorized to transport my child.
I give my permission for my child to attend any field trips taken by his/her class at Temple Beth Hatfiloh during the 2023-2024 school year.
I give my permission to TBH to use images of my child in the TBH website, newsletters, annual report, slideshows or movies, displayed for the benefit of temple programming.
PAYMENT INFORMATION

There are two registration options for Darchei Noam, please choose the best fit for your family:
  • Full Year Registration: $324
    • This registration covers full family participation for all Darchei Noam programs and events for the 23-24 calendar year. You are still asked to enroll in individual programs for planning purposes but no fees are assessed.
  • Pay as you go: Variable
    • No payment required at this time. Families will be responsible for payment at time of enrollment in individual programs.
