High Holiday Survey
As we continue to navigate this pandemic, we know that things will not return to “normal” in the near future. We will need to continue to find new and creative ways to come together as a community.
In just about 3 months, we will celebrate the High Holidays. And as we make our plans as a congregation, we need your input. We may not be able to observe in the way we are accustomed, but with your help we can create opportunities that are meaningful, spiritual, and educational, connecting us to one another and to the divine spirit. Evergreen Course: Many Israels
This summer Nancy Koppelman, faculty at Evergreen, is teaching a class, all on line including twice-weekly live discussions, called "Many Israels." Nancy is currently a faculty fellow at the Schusterman Center at Brandeis University, which included a month-long intensive study of Israel last summer. She has had a long-standing ambition to be able to offer a course like this at Evergreen. Spread the word to your Israel-curious friends, or maybe take the class yourself! Read the course description and contact Nancy if you have any questions. https://www.evergreen.edu/catalog/offering/many-israels-26106
