Join us for the Shabbat Salon with guest speaker Eric Ward, author of the article, "Skin in the Game: How Antisemitism Animates White Nationalism." During his presentation we will address the question "Does Anti-Semitism Pave the Way for White Nationalism?"

Eric K. Ward a long time civil rights strategist and newly appointed Executive Director of Western States Center (WSC).  The organization works with leaders in the West to reduce inequality and advance opportunity. Eric is considered a national expert on the relationship between hate violence and preserving democratic institutions, governance and inclusive societies. Click here to download a PDF of Eric's biography. Eric has been quoted and cited extensively by national media and is the editor of three published works:

ABOUT OUR SHABBAT SALON
We begin with a full Shabbat service at 6:00 pm followed by a catered dinner and speaker in the Social Hall at 7:00 pm. The presentation begins between 7:45 and 8:00 pm, and the event typically concludes at 9:00 pm.

You will enjoy a buffet-style vegetarian dinner provided by locally owned Nineveh catering. Each menu is specially created just for TBH!

RSVP is required for the dinner only. You may join us for the service and presentation without an RSVP. Dinner is $10 per person.

If you prefer to pay by CHECK OR CASH, please e-mail your dinner RSVP to tbh@bethhatfiloh.org. You may drop your payment in the Mail Box in the TBH foyer by the admin office or you may pay the night of the event.

Once dinner registration has closed, payment for dinner is non-refundable if you have to cancel. However, you may transfer your dinner ticket to another person. If you choose to pay by check/cash, please contact the office to make arrangements.

Important Note: Event Registration is for the dinner ONLY. You may attend the service and/or speaker presentation without having dinner.
