Community Life

At Temple Beth Hatfiloh we recognize the fact that as a Jewish institution, we have an obligation to help those in need. Jewish tradition is one of social action, and we wholeheartedly subscribe to the notion that as Jews, we have a commitment to tikkun olam , or “repair of the world.” We also recognize the fact that we are part of a larger community, and are active in the life of the city of Olympia and the surrounding communities.
